You know what's fun no matter how old you get? Slingshots... and you should make a bunch.
Can be laser engraved for added personalization.

If you know your way around tools you do not need a cnc to make these slingshots. These are digital profiles of 12 different shapes to create some awesome SLINGSHOTS.

When designing a slingshot i couldn't decide which style I liked best so I'm giving you all of them:
First there are 2 basic binding methods for the slings
- Through the Frame & Over the Top

There are 2 handle shapes - Straight and Contoured.
Finally there are 3 handle end shapes.

This Totals 12 different configurations.

*Please note some other tools may be necessary to create these slingshots... Power tools are great but basic handtools and determination go a long way.

Once machined I used a 5/16" round-over bit around the entire profile on my router table.

Then I sand to 220 and add a hardwax finish, but any wood finish will do. Also leaving them unfinished is looks and feels great too.

There's plenty of other styles and colors available on Amazon.

On the Through the Frame style slingshots I use a small piece of black leather to match the sling pouch. These I cut at at about 3/16" x 3/4" and are 1/8" thick.

For the Over the Top style slingshots I found some really nice Heavy Duty Rubber Bands made from EPDM Rubber that work perfect for binding. Electrical tape can be used as well.
