This listing is for a Hatchet Style Wooden Woodworkers Mallet. CNC or NOT...

If you know your way around tools you do not need a cnc to make this mallet. These are digital profiles of the shape to create this mallet. 

* Please note some other tools are necessary to create this mallet... Power tools are great but basic handtools and determination go a long way.

The finished mallet measures 5" wide x 11.5" tall. The thickness is determined by your material. I recommend 1" for the handle and .75" for the faces. This puts the head of the mallet right at 5" long x 2.75" tall and 2.5" wide. This gives the mallet a good balanced weight and holds nicely in the hand.

The Brass Rods were added for both form and function. Yea they look tough but they also help align the parts during assembly. They are .25" in diameter and can be purchase off amazon. They are not necessary but they make assembly way easier. These are the one's I use: https://a.co/d/fErYrQ8
